There are many condo choices in Rocky Point. We stayed in several before we bought these. Some well maintained, some not. Most condos are managed and maintained by a rental agency. Ours were before we bought them. Their maintenance leaves much to be desired. We are not absentee owners. This is our home away from home also. We have fixed all of the issues we discovered. Plus we have added several nice amenities as pictured above that you won't find in most other condos.
