Also known as Rocky Point or "Arizona's Beach", is a resort town located in the northwest of the Mexican state of Sonora on the northern shores of the Sea of Cortez. It is one of the most important tourist destinations in northern Mexico. It is the closest beach to Phoenix, Tucson and Yuma.
About Us
Sonoran Sea 612W & 209W
612W is a one bedroom condo in the Sonoran Sea Resort in Peurto Penasco (Rocky Point). With the queen sleeper in the living room the condo can sleep 4 people. It is also one of only 12 out of 52 one bedroom condos with an extra side deck. 209W is also a one bedroom condo with a sleeper in the living room. It is identical to 612W except for the extra side deck.
Rates
The Condos rent for $125/night in the off season. There is a cleaning fee of $50. The front desk will charge $10 total for wrist bands for your group. No other add on fees or taxes. Check for other seasonal rates.
Why Rent This Condo?
There are many condo choices in Rocky Point. We stayed in several before we bought these. Some well maintained, some not. Most condos are managed and maintained by a rental agency. Ours were before we bought them. Their maintenance leaves much to be desired. We are not absentee owners. This is our home away from home also. We have fixed all of the issues we discovered. Plus we have added several nice amenities as pictured above that you won't find in most other condos.
